Selfies are art, and they have been for a long time. Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, Cindy Sherman and Kim Kardashian have proved it.
If you're fighting that last one, get with the times. Kim totally belongs in museums, just ask Kanye. "I’m not music. I’m not fashion. I’m just art," he told Vogue. “Life is a giant art project." The Kardashian-West family's living, breathing pop art and they're taking over the world — including the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
