Yaoundé (AFP) - At least 14 people were killed in a bomb attack at a
bar in Maroua, the main town in the far north of Cameroon, security
sources told AFP.
At around 9:30 pm Saturday local time (2030 GMT) the toll stood at 14 dead following the bomb attack targeting the busy bar in the regional capital, a military official deployed as part of the fight against Nigeria-based Boko Haram said on condition of anonymity.
Eleven people were killed on Wednesday in Maroua when two girls blew themselves up in twin attacks.
